إن إدارة الحشود فن تميّزت فيه بلادنا وأصبح نموذجاً عالمياً يُدرس ويُحتذى به من فرق متخصصة لإدارة الحركة، مزوّدة بتقنيات ذكية لرصد كثافة الزوّار و كذلك استخدام اللوحات الإلكترونية والتطبيقات الذكية لتوجيه المعتمرين وتقسيم الحشود إلى مجموعات زمنية ومسارات محددة لتجنّب أي تزاحم، هذا غير التعاون بين الجهات الأمنية والطبية والخدمية لضمان انسيابية الحركة.

أما عن الخدمات المتكاملة للمعتمرين، جميع احتياجات المعتمرين عبر منظومة متكاملة تشمل: النقل المهيأ بين المناسك والمرافق والخدمات الطبية، وتوفير أماكن استراحة ومياه شرب ومرافق صحية على مدار الساعة، وكذلك تقديم خدمات طبية عاجلة من خلال فرق الهلال الأحمر السعودي داخل الحرم وخارجه.

أما عن التكنولوجيا والرقابة الذكية، توظّف السعودية أحدث التقنيات لمراقبة الحشود وضمان سلامتها، مثل: كاميرات ذكية لرصد الكثافة المرورية البشرية وتحليل البيانات لحظياً، وتطبيقات إلكترونية لتسهيل حجز المواقيت وتوزيع المعتمرين على أوقات محددة، ونظم إنذار وتنبيه فوري للتعامل مع أي حالات طارئة.

وأخيراً لقد أسهمت هذه المنظومة المتكاملة في: تحقيق انسيابية عالية داخل الحرم المكي، حتى في أوقات الذروة ورفع مستوى الرضا والطمأنينة لدى المعتمرين والزوّار، كما جعل المملكة نموذجاً عالمياً في إدارة الحشود الدينية الكبيرة، حيث يتم الجمع بين الأمن والخدمة والراحة الروحية للزائر.
