ضبطت وزارة الصحة مخالفة صحية داخل عيادة جلدية، تمثّلت في قيام ممارِسة صحية بتصوير عدد من المراجعات أثناء جلسات الليزر ونشرها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، في مخالفة صريحة لنظام مزاولة المهن الصحية.

يأتي ذلك انطلاقاً من الدور الرقابي لوزارة الصحة في حماية الصحة العامة وحفظ خصوصية المستفيدين.

وأكّدت الوزارة استكمالها للإجراءات النظامية بحق المخالِفة في محافظة القنفذة، وتطبيق العقوبات المقررة نظاماً، التي شملت شطب الترخيص المهني وفرض غرامة مالية.

ونبّهت الوزارة إلى أن تصوير المستفيدين أو توثيق إجراءاتهم العلاجية أو التجميلية ونشرها، بأي وسيلة كانت، تُعد مخالفة لنظام مزاولة المهن الصحية ولائحته التنفيذية، مؤكدةً أن ذلك ينطبق على جميع الممارسين الصحيين في مختلف التخصصات والمؤسسات الصحية التي يعملون بها.

وتواصل وزارة الصحة تعزيز جهودها الرقابية على المنشآت الصحية، مؤكدة عدم التهاون مع أي ممارسات تمس حقوق المستفيدين أو تخالف الأنظمة، داعية جميع الممارسين والمنشآت الصحية إلى الالتزام بالضوابط المهنية والنظامية المعتمدة في المملكة لحماية الصحة العامة.

The Ministry of Health has detected a health violation within a dermatology clinic, which involved a healthcare practitioner filming several patients during laser sessions and posting it on social media, in a clear violation of the regulations governing health professions.

This comes as part of the Ministry of Health’s regulatory role in protecting public health and preserving the privacy of beneficiaries.

The ministry confirmed that it has completed the legal procedures against the violator in the Al-Qunfudhah governorate and applied the prescribed penalties, which included revocation of the professional license and imposing a financial fine.

The ministry warned that photographing beneficiaries or documenting their treatment or cosmetic procedures and publishing them, by any means, constitutes a violation of the regulations governing health professions and its executive regulations, emphasizing that this applies to all healthcare practitioners across various specialties and the health institutions they work in.

The Ministry of Health continues to enhance its regulatory efforts on health facilities, affirming that it will not tolerate any practices that infringe on the rights of beneficiaries or violate regulations, calling on all practitioners and health facilities to adhere to the professional and regulatory standards established in the Kingdom to protect public health.
