برنامج «حماية الأجور» منذ انطلاقته في 2013، ركيزة أساسية في سوق العمل؛ ويتولى رصد عمليات صرف الأجور في القطاع الخاص، ما يسهم في إيجاد بيئة عمل تتسم بالعدالة والشفافية.

وفي 2025، شهد البرنامج نموًّا ملحوظًا في عدد المنشآت الملتحقة؛ إذ بلغ إجمالي المنشآت المدرجة في منصة «مُدد» أكثر من مليون منشأة، ما يعادل 94% من منشآت القطاع الخاص، في حين تجاوزت نسبة الالتزام بمتطلبات البرنامج 85%، ووصل عدد العاملين الموثقة أجورهم عبر المنصة إلى أكثر من 10 ملايين عامل، فيما تجاوز عدد ملفات الأجور المعالجة 17 مليون ملف بنهاية عام 2025.

ويعمل برنامج «حماية الأجور» على توثيق تحويل الرواتب إلكترونيًا لجميع العاملين عبر البنوك والمؤسسات المالية، من خلال منصة «مُدد»، التي توفر حلولًا وخدمات تضمن وصول الأجور في الوقت والقيمة المتفق عليهما بين أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية. ويستند البرنامج إلى حوكمة شاملة لعمليات صرف الأجور عبر الربط التقني المباشر، الذي يتيح التحقق اللحظي من التزام المنشآت بأداء استحقاقات العاملين في مواعيدها المقررة وبالقيم المتفق عليها في العقود الموثقة، ما يسهم بشكل جوهري في الحد من النزاعات العمالية ويعزز من موثوقية سوق العمل.

In 2025, the program witnessed significant growth in the number of registered establishments; the total number of establishments listed on the “Mudad” platform exceeded one million, representing 94% of private sector establishments, while the compliance rate with the program’s requirements surpassed 85%. The number of workers whose wages were documented through the platform reached over 10 million, and the number of processed wage files exceeded 17 million by the end of 2025.

The “Wage Protection” program works to document salary transfers electronically for all workers through banks and financial institutions, via the “Mudad” platform, which provides solutions and services that ensure wages are paid on time and in the agreed amounts between the parties to the contractual relationship. The program is based on comprehensive governance of wage payment processes through direct technical linkage, which allows for real-time verification of establishments’ compliance with their obligations to pay workers’ entitlements on their due dates and at the amounts agreed upon in documented contracts, significantly contributing to the reduction of labor disputes and enhancing the reliability of the labor market.
