توقع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (الأربعاء) أن تكون الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة تحد من مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من مناطق جازان، وعسير، والباحة، ومكة المكرمة، والرياض، والقصيم، والشرقية، ولا يستبعد تكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق، في حين يستمر تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق المدينة المنورة، وتبوك، والجوف، وحائل، والحدود الشمالية.

وأفاد التقرير بأن حالة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر، تكون غربية إلى شمالية غربية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط بسرعة 15 – 45 كم/ساعة، وجنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 12 – 38 كم/ساعة، تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة باتجاه مضيق باب المندب، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى مترين ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج.

كما تكون الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي، جنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية بسرعة 15 – 40كم/ساعة، تصل إلى 50كم/ساعة، وجنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية بسرعة 12 – 28 كم/ساعة على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي وخفيف الموج على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي.

The National Center of Meteorology predicted in its weather report for today (Wednesday) that there is a chance of thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds that will limit horizontal visibility in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Riyadh, Qassim, and the Eastern Province. The formation of fog in parts of these areas is also not ruled out, while the effects of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in parts of the regions of Madinah, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Ha’il, and the Northern Borders.

The report stated that the surface wind conditions over the Red Sea are from the west to the northwest in the northern and central parts at a speed of 15 – 45 km/h, and from the southeast to the east in the southern part at a speed of 12 – 38 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching up to two and a half meters, and the sea condition is light to moderate waves, becoming rough.

Surface winds over the Arabian Gulf are from the southeast to the south at a speed of 15 – 40 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h, and from the southeast to the east at a speed of 12 – 28 km/h in the central and southern parts. The wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters, and from half a meter to one meter in the central and southern parts. The sea condition is light to moderate waves, becoming rough with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the northern part and light waves in the central and southern parts.
