سب وقذف عمرو أديب.. حبس وتغريم مرتضى منصور – أخبار السعودية
قضت محكمة مصرية، اليوم (الإثنين)، بسجن رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق مرتضى منصور شهراً وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه في قضية سب وقذف الإعلامي عمرو أديب.
سجن وغرامة
وقررت محكمة جنح الاقتصادية حبس رئيس الزمالك السابق وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، في الدعوى رقم 2926 لسب وقذف عمرو أديب عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وجاء في منطوق الحكم: « سجن مرتضى منصور شهراً مع الشغل وكفالة 10 آلاف جنيه لإيقاف العقوبة مؤقتاً وغرامة 20 ألف جنيه مع إلزامه بأن يؤدي تعويضاً مدنياً 10 آلاف وألزمته المصاريف».
وأحالت جهات التحقيقاتيناير الماضي، الإعلامي المصري عمرو أديب إلى المحكمة المختصة، بعد اتهامه بسب وقذف والتشهير برئيس نادي الزمالك السابق مرتضى منصور، إضافة إلى إساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
بدأت القضية بتقديم مرتضى منصور بلاغاً يتهم فيه عمرو أديب بتوجيه عبارات مسيئة له عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ما يشكل جرائم سب وقذف وتشهير.
وبناءً عليه حققت النيابة العامة مع أديب وأحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة لاستكمال إجراءات المحاكمة، ولم يتم تحديد موعد جلسة المحاكمة بعد، لكن الإجراءات القضائية جارية.
وتصاعدت الأزمة بين أديب ومنصور خلال الأشهر الأخيرة من 2025، لتصل إلى ذروتها مع تبادل الاتهامات والبلاغات القانونية.
أرض أكتوبر
وفجر سحب أرض نادي الزمالك في مدينة 6 أكتوبر الخلافات بين أديب ومنصور، لتتطور إلى معركة إعلامية وقانونية تضمنت هجوماً لاذعاً من أديب وردوداً حادة من منصور، مع تصعيد وصل إلى قاعات المحاكم.
بدأت الأزمة في أغسطس 2025، عندما أثير جدل واسع حول سحب أرض مخصصة لنادي الزمالك في مدينة 6 أكتوبر، والتي كان مُخططاً لإقامة فرع جديد للنادي عليها.
ووجه الإعلامي عمرو أديب، خلال برنامجه «الحكاية» على قناة MBC مصر، اتهامات مباشرة لمرتضى منصور، معتبراً إياه المسؤول الأول عن هذا السحب.
وزعم بأن مرتضى قدم بلاغاً تسبب في سحب الأرض، وهو ما اعتبره «طعنة لمستقبل النادي».
عبارات قاسية
وفي حلقة بتاريخ 29 أغسطس 2025، استخدم أديب عبارات قاسية مثل «مرتضى منصور فكرة يجب أن تموت»، و«فلست يا مورتا وعجزت ومبقتش تخوف حد»، قائلاً إنه يحمل «حقداً دفيناً» تجاه مجلس إدارة الزمالك الحالي برئاسة حسين لبيب، ووصف فترة رئاسته بـ«مجلس الخراب».
أديب لم يكتفِ بالهجوم اللفظي، بل أشار إلى وجود إثباتات قانونية قد تؤدي إلى ملاحقات قضائية ضد منصور، مؤكداً أن الزمالك في مرحلة صعود بعد فترة من الفوضى خلال رئاسة منصور.
كما تساءل أديب في إحدى حلقاته: «من يقف وراء دعم مرتضى منصور في مصر؟»، مما أثار جدلاً واسعاً في الأوساط الرياضية والإعلامية.
40 بلاغاً
ولم يصمت منصور أمام هذه الاتهامات، إذ رد بقوة عبر منشورات على صفحته الرسمية على «فيس بوك»، معلناً تقديم 40 بلاغاً رسمياً إلى النائب العام ضد عمرو أديب، متهماً إياه بالسب والقذف والتشهير.
ووصف منصور، أديب بـ«الكاذب المأجور»، وهدد بنشر فيديوهات تؤكد صدق ادعاءاته، كما أشار إلى أن الأرض أصبحت ملكاً لأعضاء النادي بعد تعاقد مجلس إدارته السابق مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية لشرائها، معتبراً أن سحبها ظلم للنادي.
وفي 20 أغسطس 2025، تقدم مرتضى منصور بشكوى رسمية إلى المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام ضد أديب ومسؤولي قناة MBC مصر، مدعياً أن حلقة برنامج «الحكاية» تضمنت «قذفاً وسباً وتهديداً بالقتل»، وهو ما ينتهك قانون العقوبات وميثاق الشرف الإعلامي.
وفي تطور لاحق، أعلن منصور تقديم بلاغات إضافية ضد أديب، متهماً إياه باستخدام ألفاظ غير لائقة تحرّض على الكراهية، وطالب بمحاسبته قانونياً.
وفي منشور له، قال منصور: «أنا مش محمي.. سُجنت 6 مرات، لكن كرامتي أهم»، مشيراً إلى استعداده لمواجهة أديب في المحاكم.
في 2 سبتمبر 2025، رد عمرو أديب بتحرير محضر في قسم شرطة العجوزة، يتهم فيه مرتضى منصور بالسب والقذف والتشهير، على خلفية تصريحات الأخير ضده.
التحقيق مع أديب
وفي المقابل، أمرت نيابة العجوزة في 13 أكتوبر 2025 باستدعاء أديب للتحقيق في البلاغات المقدمة من منصور، والتي تتهمه بـ«السب والقذف وتشويه السمعة»، إذ تواصل النيابة مراجعة محتوى الحلقة المثيرة للجدل والاستماع إلى أقوال الأطراف.
من جانبه، أشار مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك الحالي إلى تقديمه بلاغات ضد مرتضى منصور للنائب العام، على خلفية مخالفات مالية وإدارية يُزعم أنها حدثت خلال فترة رئاسته، بما في ذلك ديون بقيمة 2.583 مليار جنيه تركها على النادي.
الخلاف بين أديب ومنصور ليس جديداً، فقد شهدت العلاقة بينهما توترات متكررة على مدى سنوات. في أبريل 2024، أقام أديب دعوى قضائية ضد مرتضى منصور بتهمة السب والقذف، لكن المحكمة الاقتصادية قضت ببراءة منصور، ما أشعل جولة جديدة من الصراع.
An Egyptian court ruled today (Monday) to imprison former Zamalek Club president Mortada Mansour for one month and fined him 20,000 Egyptian pounds in the case of defaming and slandering media figure Amr Adib.
Imprisonment and Fine
The Economic Misdemeanor Court decided to imprison the former Zamalek president and fine him 20,000 Egyptian pounds in case number 2926 for defaming and slandering Amr Adib via social media.
The ruling stated: “Mortada Mansour is sentenced to one month in prison with hard labor and a bail of 10,000 Egyptian pounds to temporarily suspend the sentence, along with a fine of 20,000 Egyptian pounds and ordered to pay a civil compensation of 10,000 pounds, along with the costs.”
Investigative authorities referred Egyptian media figure Amr Adib to the competent court last January after he was accused of defaming and slandering former Zamalek Club president Mortada Mansour, in addition to the misuse of social media.
The case began when Mortada Mansour filed a complaint accusing Amr Adib of directing offensive remarks towards him via social media, which constitutes crimes of defamation and slander.
Consequently, the Public Prosecution investigated Adib and referred him to the competent court to complete the trial procedures, with no trial date set yet, but judicial procedures are ongoing.
The crisis between Adib and Mansour escalated in the last months of 2025, reaching its peak with mutual accusations and legal complaints.
October Land
The withdrawal of land allocated for Zamalek Club in 6th of October City sparked disputes between Adib and Mansour, evolving into a media and legal battle that included sharp attacks from Adib and strong responses from Mansour, escalating to courtrooms.
The crisis began in August 2025 when widespread controversy arose over the withdrawal of land designated for Zamalek Club in 6th of October City, where a new branch of the club was planned to be established.
During his program “Al-Hekaya” on MBC Masr, media figure Amr Adib directly accused Mortada Mansour, considering him the primary responsible for this withdrawal.
He claimed that Mortada filed a complaint that led to the land being withdrawn, which he considered “a stab to the club’s future.”
Harsh Words
In an episode dated August 29, 2025, Adib used harsh phrases such as “Mortada Mansour is an idea that must die,” and “You are bankrupt, Mortada, and you can no longer scare anyone,” stating that he harbors “deep-seated hatred” towards the current Zamalek Board of Directors headed by Hussein Labib, describing his presidency as “the council of ruin.”
Adib did not limit himself to verbal attacks but indicated the existence of legal evidence that could lead to legal actions against Mansour, asserting that Zamalek is on the rise after a period of chaos during Mansour’s presidency.
He also questioned in one of his episodes: “Who stands behind supporting Mortada Mansour in Egypt?” which sparked widespread debate in sports and media circles.
40 Complaints
And Mansour did not remain silent in the face of these accusations, as he responded strongly through posts on his official Facebook page, announcing that he had filed 40 official complaints with the Attorney General against Amr Adib, accusing him of defamation and slander.
Mansour described Adib as a “paid liar,” threatening to publish videos that confirm the truth of his claims, and indicated that the land had become the property of the club members after his previous board contracted with the Urban Communities Authority to purchase it, considering its withdrawal an injustice to the club.
On August 20, 2025, Mortada Mansour filed an official complaint with the Supreme Council for Media Regulation against Adib and officials at MBC Masr, claiming that an episode of “Al-Hekaya” included “defamation, slander, and threats of murder,” which violates the Penal Code and the media charter.
In a subsequent development, Mansour announced that he had filed additional complaints against Adib, accusing him of using inappropriate language that incites hatred, and demanded legal accountability.
In a post, Mansour stated: “I am not protected… I have been imprisoned 6 times, but my dignity is more important,” indicating his readiness to confront Adib in court.
On September 2, 2025, Amr Adib responded by filing a report at the Agouza Police Station, accusing Mortada Mansour of defamation and slander based on the latter’s statements against him.
Investigation of Adib
In contrast, the Agouza Prosecution ordered on October 13, 2025, to summon Adib for investigation regarding the complaints filed by Mansour, which accuse him of “defamation, slander, and damaging reputation,” as the prosecution continues to review the content of the controversial episode and listen to the statements of the parties involved.
For its part, the current Zamalek Board of Directors indicated that it had filed complaints against Mortada Mansour with the Attorney General regarding alleged financial and administrative violations that occurred during his presidency, including debts amounting to 2.583 billion Egyptian pounds that he left the club with.
The dispute between Adib and Mansour is not new, as their relationship has witnessed repeated tensions over the years. In April 2024, Adib filed a lawsuit against Mortada Mansour for defamation and slander, but the Economic Court acquitted Mansour, igniting a new round of conflict.
