أخبار لايت: توقيع مذكرة تعاون بين النيابة العامة ووزارة العدل لتعزيز التدريب وتبادل الخبرات وتكامل الأنظمة – أخبار السعودية

وقّعت النيابة العامة ووزارة العدل، بحضور النائب العام رئيس مجلس النيابة العامة الدكتور خالد اليوسف، ووزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني، في المقر الرئيس للنيابة العامة، أمس، مذكرة تعاون تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتطوير إجراءات الأعمال بين الجهتين، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتحسين جودة الخدمات.

وتهدف المذكرة إلى دعم التعاون في مجالات التدريب والبحث والتطوير والابتكار، وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة في الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يسهم في تطوير المهارات المهنية للقضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة والعاملين في المجال القانوني لدى الطرفين، وتعزيز التكامل في الإجراءات عبر الربط الإلكتروني وتكامل الأنظمة.

وتأتي هذه المذكرة امتداداً لجهود التكامل المؤسسي بين النيابة العامة ووزارة العدل، بما يدعم تطوير المنظومة العدلية، ويرفع كفاءة مخرجاتها، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

The Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Justice signed, in the presence of the Attorney General and Head of the Public Prosecution Council, Dr. Khalid Al-Yusuf, and the Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution yesterday, a memorandum of cooperation aimed at enhancing joint collaboration and developing business procedures between the two entities, which contributes to improving performance efficiency and the quality of services.

The memorandum aims to support cooperation in the fields of training, research, development, and innovation, as well as the exchange of experiences and knowledge on topics of mutual interest, which contributes to the development of professional skills for judges, Public Prosecution members, and legal professionals at both parties, and enhances the integration of procedures through electronic linking and system integration.

This memorandum comes as an extension of the efforts for institutional integration between the Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Justice, supporting the development of the judicial system and improving its outputs, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
