أكد المستشار الأكاديمي في القانون الدكتور حسن رديف أنه لا يحق لنادي الاتحاد تسجيل محترف أجنبي في قائمة دوري روشن خارج فترة التسجيل بعد التعديل الجديد في اللائحة، وفي المقابل يحق له تعديل القائمة في دوري أبطال آسيا للأندية النخبة قبل 31 مارس الجاري، موضحاً دوري نخبة آسيا يعتمد في الأساس على قوائم تقيد ضمن مواعيد محددة ويمكن للنادي تعديل تلك القائمة وفقاً لتلك المواعيد.

وأضاف رديف، أن فترة التسجيل تعد من النظام العام الرياضي ولا يجوز التوسع في استثنائها، وعليه وبعد تعديل لائحة الاحتراف سواءً الدولية أو المحلية فإن إصابة اللاعب المحترف لم تعد سبباً يحق بموجبه للنادي أن يسجل لاعباً خارج فترة التسجيل، ولكن يمكن للنادي أن يسقط اللاعب ويتعاقد مع لاعب محترف آخر وفق الاستثناءات التي وردت في الفقرة الثالثة من المادة 29 من لائحة الاحتراف وليس من تلك الاستثناءات إصابة اللاعب إصابة طويلة، هذا فيما يخص دوري روشن، أما فيما يخص دوري النخبة الآسيوي فإن نظام دوري النخبة يعتمد على قوائم تقيد ضمن مواعيد محددة ويمكن للنادي تعديل تلك القائمة وفقاً لتلك المواعيد، وليس التسجيل الحر المطلق خارج فترة التسجيل. وعليه فيمكن لنادي الاتحاد تعديل القائمة قبل الموعد المحدد في 31 مارس القادم.

وأظهرت الفحوصات الطبية التي خضع لها محترف الاتحاد محمدو دومبيا تعرّضه لتمزق في الرباط الصليبي الأمامي، إثر إصابة قوية في الركبة اليمنى اضطر على إثرها حكم المباراة لإيقاف اللعب في مواجهة الخلود والاتحاد ضمن كأس الملك حتى إجراء الإسعافات الأولية قبل حمله خارج الملعب ودخول النجم الفرنسي موسى ديابي بديلاً عنه في عملية تبديل اضطراري.

من جهته أوضح أخصائي العلاج الطبيعي لإصابات العظام والمفاصل والعضلات ثامر الشهراني: «أن الإصابة التي تعرض لها دومبيا تعتبر إصابة قوية في الرباط الصليبي للركبة اليمنى»، وسوف يخضع اللاعب لعملية جراحية فور استكمال الترتيبات اللازمة.

The academic advisor in law, Dr. Hassan Radeef, confirmed that Al-Ittihad Club is not entitled to register a foreign professional in the Roshen League list outside the registration period following the new amendment to the regulations. In contrast, the club is allowed to modify its list in the AFC Champions League before March 31 of this month, explaining that the Asian Elite League primarily relies on lists that are registered within specific deadlines, and the club can modify that list according to those deadlines.

Radeef added that the registration period is part of the general sports system and cannot be broadly exempted. Therefore, after the amendment of the professional regulations, whether international or local, the injury of a professional player is no longer a reason for the club to register a player outside the registration period. However, the club can drop the injured player and sign another professional player according to the exceptions mentioned in paragraph three of Article 29 of the professional regulations, and a long-term injury is not one of those exceptions. This applies to the Roshen League. As for the Asian Elite League, its system relies on lists that are registered within specific deadlines, and the club can modify that list according to those deadlines, rather than having absolute free registration outside the registration period. Therefore, Al-Ittihad Club can modify the list before the specified deadline of March 31.

Medical examinations that Al-Ittihad’s professional player, Mohamedou Doumbia, underwent revealed that he suffered a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament due to a severe injury to his right knee, which forced the match referee to stop the game during the encounter between Al-Khulood and Al-Ittihad in the King’s Cup until first aid was administered before he was carried off the field, with French star Moussa Diaby entering as a substitute in an emergency substitution.

For his part, Thamer Al-Shahrani, a specialist in physical therapy for bone, joint, and muscle injuries, clarified: “The injury that Doumbia sustained is considered a severe injury to the anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee,” and the player will undergo surgery as soon as the necessary arrangements are completed.
