نبهت وزارة الحج والعمرة ضيوف الرحمن القادمين لأداء مناسك العمرة بضرورة الالتزام بالاشتراطات التنظيمية الخاصة بشحن عبوات ماء زمزم عند المغادرة

ويهدف التنبيهضمان إتمام إجراءات سفرهم بيسر وتجنّب أي تأخير في المطارات بسبب شحنات زمزم وأكدت الوزارة أن الالتزام بالاشتراطات يسهم في تسهيل رحلة المعتمر وضمان انسيابية العمليات اللوجستية في المنافذ الجوية، مشيرة إلى أهمية الاطلاع على «دليل العمرة والزيارة» للحصول على جميع المعلومات التي تهم ضيف الرحمن منذ وصوله إلى المملكة وحتى مغادرته، وكشفت وزارة الحج عن ثلاث ضوابط أساسية يجب مراعاتها عند الرغبة في شحن مياه زمزم، تتمثل في ضرورة شراء العبوة من نقاط البيع المعتمدة والمخصصة لذلك، وأن تكون العبوة مهيأة تمامًا ومخصصة للشحن الجوي ومغلفة بالكرتون، إضافة إلى الالتزام بالسعة القصوى المسموح بها، وهي 5 لترات فقط لكل معتمر.

The purpose of this alert is to ensure that their travel procedures are completed smoothly and to avoid any delays at airports due to Zamzam shipments. The ministry emphasized that adhering to these requirements contributes to facilitating the pilgrim’s journey and ensuring the smooth flow of logistical operations at air ports. It also highlighted the importance of reviewing the “Umrah and Visit Guide” to obtain all the information that is important for the guest of Allah from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom until their departure. The Ministry of Hajj revealed three basic regulations that must be considered when wishing to ship Zamzam water, which include the necessity of purchasing the bottle from approved and designated sales points, ensuring that the bottle is fully prepared and designated for air shipping, and is packaged in cardboard. Additionally, adherence to the maximum allowed capacity is required, which is only 5 liters per pilgrim.
