أكد مدرب نادي الرياض السيد ماوريسيو دولاك، أن الفوز الذي حققه الفريق العريق الملقب بـ«مدرسة الوسطى» على نادي الاتحاد بنتيجة 3–1 جاء ثمرة عمل جماعي داخل النادي، مشيدًا بجهود اللاعبين وكافة أفراد الجهاز العامل معهم يوميًا.

وقال إن هناك أشخاصًا قد لا يكونون معروفين للجمهور، لكن دورهم أساسي في دعم الفريق، مثل رام، وأبو آش، وبول، وموسيس، وأبو خالد، وفاروق، مؤكدًا أن تفانيهم وإخلاصهم في أداء مهامهم يعكسان روح العائلة الواحدة داخل النادي.

وأشار دولاك إلى أن الفريق افتقد في بعض المباريات السابقة قدرًا من التوفيق، ما كلفه خسارة نقاط بسبب تفاصيل صغيرة، لكنه شدد على أن التركيز داخل النادي ينصبّ على ترسيخ القتالية والروح الجماعية والعقلية التنافسية، وهي عناصر يعمل الجهاز الفني على تطويرها بشكل يومي.

وأوضح أن الأمر لا يتعلق بمشكلات نفسية أو ذهنية، بقدر ما يرتبط ببناء شخصية تنافسية قوية داخل الملعب، تقوم على الحضور البدني والقدرة على كسب الالتحامات الثنائية.

وأضاف أن هذه الجوانب تمثل، في نظره، جوهر مباريات كرة القدم، سواء في الحالة الدفاعية أو الهجومية، وهي من الركائز التي يسعى الفريق إلى تعزيزها باستمرار.

The coach of Al-Riyadh Club, Mr. Mauricio Dolak, confirmed that the victory achieved by the prestigious team nicknamed “The Middle School” over Al-Ittihad Club with a score of 3–1 was the result of collective work within the club, praising the efforts of the players and all the staff members who work with them daily.

He stated that there are individuals who may not be known to the public, but their role is essential in supporting the team, such as Ram, Abu Ash, Paul, Moses, Abu Khalid, and Farouk, emphasizing that their dedication and commitment to their tasks reflect the spirit of a single family within the club.

Dolak pointed out that the team has missed some luck in previous matches, which cost them points due to small details, but he stressed that the focus within the club is on instilling a fighting spirit, collective teamwork, and a competitive mentality, which are elements the coaching staff works to develop daily.

He clarified that the issue is not related to psychological or mental problems, but rather to building a strong competitive character on the field, based on physical presence and the ability to win duels.

He added that these aspects represent, in his view, the essence of football matches, whether in defensive or offensive situations, and they are among the pillars the team continuously seeks to strengthen.
