أفصحت قناة «فوكس نيوز»، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قال في مقابلة مع القناة أمس (الإثنين)، إنه من الممكن أن يتحدث مع إيران.

وكان ترمب حذر، في وقت سابق، من أن الولايات المتحدة سترد بقوة ساحقة في حال أقدمت إيران على تعطيل تدفق النفط عبر مضيق هرمز.

وقال في منشور عبر منصة «تروث سوشيال»: إن أي خطوة من جانب إيران لوقف حركة النفط في المضيق ستقابل بضربات أمريكية «أقسى بعشرين مرة» من أي ضربات سابقة تعرضت لها طهران.

وأضاف «سيحل على إيران الموت والنار والغضب إذا أوقفت تدفق النفط من مضيق هرمز»، لافتا إلى أن الولايات المتحدة قد تستهدف ما وصفها بـ«الأهداف سهلة التدمير»، الأمر الذي قد يجعل من الصعب على طهران إعادة بناء قدراتها كدولة.

وكان استبعد وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إجراء أي محادثات بعد تصريح الرئيس ترمب بأن الحرب مع إيران ستنتهي قريباً.

واعتبر أن خطط أمريكا وإسرائيل لتغيير النظام في إيران فشلت، مؤكداً أن بلاده مستعدة لمواصلة الهجمات الصاروخية طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً.

وقال عراقجي لقناة بي بي اس نيوز PBS News الأمريكية: نحن على استعداد لمواصلة الضربات الصاروخية ضدهم طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً وكلما كان ذلك ضرورياً، لافتا إلى أن المفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة لم تعد مطروحة لدى طهران.

وأكد وزير الخارجية الإيراني أن التفاوض مع الأمريكيين ليس على جدول الأعمال حالياً، مستذكراً أن إيران لديها تجربة مريرة للغاية في التعامل معهم.

Fox News reported today (Tuesday) that U.S. President Donald Trump said in an interview with the channel yesterday (Monday) that it is possible for him to talk to Iran.

Trump had previously warned that the United States would respond with overwhelming force if Iran attempted to disrupt the flow of oil through the Strait of Hormuz.

He stated in a post on the “Truth Social” platform that any move by Iran to halt oil movement in the strait would be met with American strikes “twenty times harsher” than any previous strikes Iran has faced.

He added, “Death, fire, and fury will come upon Iran if it stops the flow of oil from the Strait of Hormuz,” noting that the United States may target what he described as “easily destroyable targets,” which could make it difficult for Tehran to rebuild its capabilities as a state.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi ruled out today (Tuesday) any talks following President Trump’s statement that the war with Iran would end soon.

He considered that the plans of the U.S. and Israel to change the regime in Iran have failed, asserting that his country is ready to continue missile attacks as long as necessary.

Araghchi told PBS News that they are prepared to continue missile strikes against them as long as necessary, emphasizing that negotiations with the United States are no longer on the table in Tehran.

The Iranian Foreign Minister confirmed that negotiating with the Americans is not currently on the agenda, recalling that Iran has had a very bitter experience dealing with them.
