أخبار لايت: استعدادات رمضانية في الوجه.. سوق تراثية بروح الماضي – أخبار السعودية

كثّفت بلدية محافظة الوجه جهودها الميدانية والتنظيمية ضمن استعداداتها المبكرة لاستقبال رمضان المبارك، إذ شرعت في تجهيز السوق التراثية في حي البلد قرب مبنى البلدية القديم، لتكون وجهة نابضة تستضيف فعاليات ليالي «أهلاً رمضان بالوجه زمان».

وأوضح رئيس البلدية المهندس بدر العطوي في حديثه لـ«عكاظ»، أن البلدية عملت على تجهيزات رمضانية بطابع تراثي يعزز روح الشهر الفضيل، مشيراً إلى تنفيذ مجموعة من العناصر التصميمية التي تعكس الهوية العمرانية للمحافظة. وشملت الأعمال تزيين الموقع بـ «الرواشين» وسعف النخيل، وإضافة نقوش تراثية بألوان طبيعية، إلى جانب تأهيل الممرات وتوزيع أكشاك منظمة على جانبيها لعرض المأكولات الرمضانية والمشروبات والمنتجات التراثية والأعمال اليدوية دعماً للأسر المنتجة.

وأضاف العطوي أن الفعاليات الرمضانية ستتضمن برامج لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم، وأنشطة رياضية وثقافية وشعبية، بما يسهم في خلق أجواء رمضانية مميزة تجمع بين الطابع التراثي والأنشطة المجتمعية.

The municipality of Al-Wajh Governorate has intensified its field and organizational efforts as part of its early preparations to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan. It has begun to prepare the heritage market in the Al-Balad neighborhood near the old municipality building, to be a vibrant destination hosting the events of the “Welcome Ramadan in Al-Wajh, a Time of Old” nights.

The mayor, Engineer Badr Al-Otaibi, explained in an interview with “Okaz” that the municipality has worked on Ramadan preparations with a heritage theme that enhances the spirit of the holy month. He pointed out the implementation of a set of design elements that reflect the architectural identity of the governorate. The works included decorating the site with “rawashin” (traditional wooden window coverings) and palm fronds, adding heritage engravings in natural colors, in addition to rehabilitating the pathways and organizing kiosks on both sides to display Ramadan foods, drinks, heritage products, and handicrafts in support of productive families.

Al-Otaibi added that the Ramadan events will include programs for memorizing the Holy Quran, as well as sports, cultural, and folk activities, contributing to creating a distinctive Ramadan atmosphere that combines heritage and community activities.
