حظر فوري.. مصر تحظر تداول مقطع «إذلال الشاب» ببدلة رقص وتصويره – أخبار السعودية
أصدر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام في مصر، برئاسة المهندس خالد عبد العزيز، قرارًا عاجلاً يلزم جميع المؤسسات الصحفية والإعلامية والمواقع الإلكترونية بمنع تداول أي محتوى مصور متعلق بواقعة إجبار شاب على ارتداء ملابس نسائية (بدلة رقص) وتصويره في الشارع، مع ضرورة حذف أي مقاطع أو صور موجودة على منصاتها فورًا.
وجاء القرار بناءً على رصد الإدارة العامة للرصد بالمجلس للمحتوى المتداول على نطاق واسع عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الذي يحتوي على تفاصيل تُعد حسب المجلس حضًا على العنف ومخالفة لقيم وتقاليد المجتمع المصري، إضافة إلى إساءتها لكرامة الإنسان والخصوصية.
وأثارت الواقعة غضبًا شعبيًا واسعًا بعد تداول مقطع فيديو، الخميس، يظهر مجموعة من الأشخاص في قرية «ميت عاصم» التابعة لمركز بنها بمحافظة القليوبية، يجبرون شابًا على ارتداء ملابس نسائية «بدلة رقص»، وإجلاسه على كرسي في الشارع، والاعتداء عليه بالضرب والإهانة أمام تجمع من الأهالي، مع تصويره بهواتف محمولة.
وكشفت تحريات وزارة الداخلية في بيان رسمي أن الواقعة نجمت عن خلافات عائلية، حيث اتهم ذوو فتاة الشاب بإقامة علاقة عاطفية معها، ما دفع 9 أشخاص بينهم سيدتان إلى استدراجه والتعدي عليه جسديًا، محدثين إصابات كدمات وسحجات متفرقة. وتم ضبط المتهمين جميعًا، وأقروا بالفعلة، وجارٍ استكمال الإجراءات القانونية ضدهم بتهم الضرب والإهانة والخطف والإكراه.
وأثار الفيديو موجة استنكار واسعة على منصات التواصل، مع مطالبات بحماية كرامة الضحية ومعاقبة الجناة، وانتقادات لتداول الصور والفيديوهات التي تعيد إذلال الشاب مرة أخرى. كما طالب نقيب الصحفيين بحذف أي مواد تنتهك ميثاق الشرف المهني.
يأتي قرار المجلس في إطار جهوده المستمرة لحماية المجتمع من المحتوى الضار، خصوصًا ما يتعلق بالعنف أو الإساءة للكرامة الإنسانية، ويعزز دور الرقابة الإعلامية في منع انتشار مثل هذه المواد التي قد تؤثر سلبًا على الشباب والأسر.
The Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt, chaired by Engineer Khaled Abdel Aziz, issued an urgent decision requiring all press and media institutions and websites to prevent the circulation of any video content related to the incident of forcing a young man to wear women’s clothing (a dance suit) and filming him in the street, with the necessity to delete any clips or images present on their platforms immediately.
The decision came based on the monitoring by the General Administration of Monitoring at the council of the widely circulated content on social media, which contains details that the council deems incitement to violence and a violation of the values and traditions of Egyptian society, in addition to being an affront to human dignity and privacy.
The incident sparked widespread public outrage after a video clip circulated on Thursday, showing a group of people in the village of “Mit Assem,” affiliated with the Benha Center in Qalyubia Governorate, forcing a young man to wear women’s clothing “a dance suit,” making him sit on a chair in the street, and assaulting him physically and verbally in front of a gathering of locals, while filming him with mobile phones.
Investigations by the Ministry of Interior revealed in an official statement that the incident stemmed from family disputes, as the young man’s relatives accused him of having a romantic relationship with a girl, which led nine individuals, including two women, to lure him and physically assault him, causing bruises and scratches. All the accused were apprehended, and they admitted to the act, with legal procedures ongoing against them on charges of assault, humiliation, kidnapping, and coercion.
The video triggered a wave of condemnation on social media platforms, with calls for protecting the dignity of the victim and punishing the perpetrators, alongside criticism for circulating images and videos that further humiliate the young man. The head of the journalists’ syndicate also called for the deletion of any materials that violate the professional code of honor.
The council’s decision comes as part of its ongoing efforts to protect society from harmful content, especially regarding violence or insults to human dignity, and it reinforces the role of media oversight in preventing the spread of such materials that could negatively impact youth and families.
